Committee Nomination

This form should be completed if you wish to be nominated for the Boghead Community Group committee. Inclusion is confirmed by a voting procedure which takes place at the Annual General Meeting and is open to all full-time residents over the age of 18. Committee Members have to abide by the Constitution which includes a Code of Conduct. For the full eligibility please refer to the Constitution. You must agree to abide to the Code of Conduct if you wish to participate on the committee.
